This is the best nail salon, I’ve ever been to Dr Lisa always takes care of me and I will never go anywhere else! The prices are excellent, best in town. I love that I can book my appointment and never have to wait or can walk-in and get helped immediately if she is not busy. She has a loyal customer indeed!
Lisa did a horrible job... I'm on disability and my husband paid for it.. $33 plus gave her a $7 tip ,but yet my nails looked like they needed to be redone five days later .....one even just came off🤔I won't be going back, she wasn't understanding.
I love this place. Everyone is so nice and they do a great job. Shout out to Brandon he just did they tonight! Thank you. They look awesome as always.
I have been going here for a long time now & although I do not go on a regular basis, my experience is always the same & NOT pleasant how it should be when you are going to get "pampered" & "beautified". Like most nail salons, you are not going to get a lot of English speaking which i think I can speak for a lot of us when i say it often makes us uncomfortable however I suppose it is their right to do so. With that said however, I think the language barrier often causes CUSTOMER SERVICE to lack greatly. I feel if a request is not completely understood (which I will try very hard to explain or even draw), it is just quickly dismissed which is such a LAZY approach to your craft. At this salon, EVERY TIME I come, I try to explain the simplest of designs for them to do & NOT on every nail & EVERY TIME I am made to feel like a nuisance. I am told "CAN'T" before any trying occurs to the point where I am having to coax them to even TRY which as a PAYING customer I should not have to do. There have been times where I was told directly I was "difficult" & "picky" which is so unacceptable but I keep my cool always. I MIGHT be able to leave w/ a design of basically what i asked for, PROVING it really wasn't that hard, but instead of leaving completely satisfied, I leave feeling like I had to "pull teeth" to get what I asked for in the first place & like I was a pain for even asking. In turn, every time I come back I feel anxious because I just know how they will react if/when I ask for anything other than a normal, plain, & boring "paint job" & it sucks. Most recently, I came in for a full set & pedicure. It took forever for them to get to my full set (closer to closing) and when I asked to have a pink crown design added to my ring finger nails EVERYBODY dismissed me immediately stating not only did they not have pink design nail polish but acted as if they did not "have the time" smh (You can see my full review on their FB page for the full story). About 2 weeks ago l had a manicure that l believe is called "powder color ". I have never experienced such a painful manicure or more time consuming. By the time l left American Nails my cuticles were damaged and l had cuts under my nails.By the next day the damage was really painful. So much so that l couldn't put my hands in warm water or use my hand for much of anything. Especially my right hand. The cut at the outer edge of a nail had left a piece of flesh hanging that when l would try do do anything at all with that hand the pain reacted like when you have a hangnail. And that same finger (middle, right hand) had another cut under that nail that to this day is still sensitive. I am right handed and the most damage was to my right hand. l still have small scabs on my cuticles on several fingers of both hands.I tried to talk to these people about this and they just didn't seem to care much. First l called wanting the owners name, the man l talked to wasn't about to give me his name. So, l requested that he have the owner call me... no dice. He told me that the owner only stopped in once in a while. Ha! He was probably the owner. Several days after the phone call l went to the salon to tell them what had happened. There were 2 manicurest and 2 customers in the salon at the time. Once again both of the manicurest , a man and a woman, were sorry but both agreed that that is just what happens with this type of manicure and touted how long this particular nail coloring stays on. BULL! Who cares how long is stays on if you have to endure what l did. If l were a diabetic l could have been in serious trouble. I wasn't wanting my money back nor was l thinking of suing. I just wanted to let them know that the girl that gave me the manicure needed to be retrained, if not all of them. Bonnie Larimore
First time I went there was yesterday am I am so unhappy with my nails I have to go to a different nail shop and get them redone this Friday honestly the worst $28 I ever spent the lady rushed my nails and then cut my thumb with her machine while trying to get the acrylic from under the nail I will never in life go back to this place even if it was the last nail shop on earth!!!! My nails looking so bad I wanted a short white tip and instead of making them round to fit my finger she left them short and square which has my hand looking like a whole clown thank heaven I will be going to a real professional to get them fixed!
I was looking for a new shop so checked it out with just a color change. Person that did my toes was very rude - slapping my feet to move. She would smile at others and then look at me with a stone cold glare. Then she double charged my card!!! Just go somewhere else where they are friendly to everyone. Very disappointing customer service.
The worst.. I gave them several opportunities, and this last experience will absolutely be my last time there. My manicurist made me fingers bleed, and left me sitting for long periods of time to work on travel plans on southwest.. so much competition, you would think they would try to be better.. unless they don't care about making their money on nails.
I have been coming here for years. The shop is beautiful and very comfortable. I have had good experience with all the techs!!
Great place for nails and pedicure! I have been going since they have opened and by far my favorite salon!!
