From the first time I came here, these guys have helped me out tremendously, I originally had to have a suit for a wedding cleaned and pressed and I asked them how soon they could have it done and it didn't take 3 days to get my suit back which is not what I have experienced in the past with other companies, I actually got it back the next day by 2pm.The guys here are always friendly, unless you forget your ticket, but that's fair because you cause them more work. Just don't forget your ticket, that's all there is to it. I haven't had my clothing altered by them yet, but will update this once that is done.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Today was the second time I have taken something there and they have given me someone else's clothes. I need a shirt for a concert tomorrow and the own suggested that I go to Target and buy a new one...are you kidding me? How about you do that! What a joke!
Best place in town for cleaning & may be the oldest in town as well. They do wedding dresses, comforters & leather jackets. 5 Star place.
They snagged my $500 dollar dress and were unwilling to compensate me for the damage. She also was rude and didn't come to the counter in a timely manner. Poor business practices.
Poor cleaning of dress shirts. Didn't remove stain on dress. Waited forever for someone to come to the counter.
Needed to do laundry while on a road trip and found Quinn's where I found new washers and dryers and friendly, helpful people. Recommended highly.
Fifth Ave. Cleaners ruined a new dress which cost $130.00. The black dress was snagged in the front and the beige lining had red stains everywhere. The owner, Jim became tyrannical when showed him the damage by his employees. The owner, Jim angrily refused to refund the cost of the dress, the cleaning cost and told me to leave his store !!Please consider taking your dry cleaning to a professional and responsible cleaners.
The ladies are kind and they do a good job on cleaning your clothes. However, the owner takes no responsibility when your items are lost. He is slow to respond in regards to the status of attempting to locate the items. I lost valuable table linen at this facility. He did absolutely nothing to compensate me. If I had not made several telephone calls to him, he would never have spoken to me about the matter. To this date, he has never offered to replace my table linen. I was able to find some replacements on eBay. I did not bother to ask him for the money because he has shown me what type of character mystics he displayed. I will never ever do business with him again, & I would suggest if you have anything of value do not take it to this facility.
Best dry cleaner in town. They do tailoring and alterations too. The gentleman that runs the place will remember your name after one or two visits and remembers it for years. I moved to a different part of town and hadn't been in for several years and he immediately wrote out my full name on the ticket without prompting! Always fair prices and never a problem in 20+ visits.
Horrible experience! Brought a dress in a day before a wedding I was attending, the dress had slight makeup stain on the inside. Picked it up there were water marks over the entire dress and faint purple stains over the top area. The owner would not try and reclean it, would not give me my money back and actually was smiling when I was upset telling him the wedding was in five hours. I asked him if he thought it was funny and his reply was yea it's funny. Ruined a $200 dress, had to buy a new one. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CLOTHES WITH THIS GUY!!!!!
