I have my narcotics filled there and they refused to fill my script one time because I had my previous script filled at univ of ks hospital when I was there for my last apot. I was treated like a drug addict. I had been filling my narcotics scripts there fir over a decade when that happened. Needless to say the pharmacist got an earful. But other than that one time things have gone smoothly. Staff is consistent which is nice. Somethings gotta be going right there for there to be so little turnover.

Your website said your pharmacy was open until 10 pm. It is 9:45 pm and your phone answering system said y'all were closed. What's up with that?
This place has the worst management. They are rude, slow definitely switching to Walgreen's. ATM didn't dispense cash I was treated like a criminal and I was on camera I did not commit a crime the manager was rude and acted like I stole money. Use a different pharmacy for good customer service
Breastfeeding daughter we've been fighting yeast infection for wks.I filled scipt from Dr.over in KS.Decided closer to home. They wldn't fill script said it was fraud.Proceeded to write fraud over script. This is not fraud very unprofessional. They cost us gas money.I do not recommend this location.Bad business!
Avoid this pharmacy if you can. They are unfriendly and unhelpful. Scary attitudes with patients and refuse to do anything that requires them to step out of their "normal" practice. Need to learn some customer service training and step into the modern healthcare world.
Don't go here. We have been going here about 2 yrs too long. Our meds always go off auto fill and nobody knows why. They are always out of our meds and the pharmacy staff are horrible. We just moved ours to CVS on N Oak and 72nd. With our ins we have to go to a CVS. My stress level is over the top with them today. Wish me luck with this location.
Staff understanding and friendly. They fixed the mess up/my fustration from CVS on 72nd and N. Oak Trafficway. I would refer everyone I know here, and even people I do not know. Thank you CVS on Barry Rd.
The staff were not so great with customer service. Long wait and they did not have my childrens scripts ready. Then told me over and over again how backed up they were, and that it was going to be 45min-an hour... Then one of my kiddos meds were ready then after almost a hour...Melissa tells me they didn't have drops to fill script for my other child. Then I was directed to another CVS and that location had to call CVS on 72nd and N. Oak Trafficway 3times before they finally sent transfer to fill meds for my kiddos. My son finally got his meds CVS on Barry Rd. Extremely AWESOME they filled drops in less than 5min
very friendly staff everytime I come in!
