Very snobby people, high priced for service received and they just don't care about the customer needs. Rude, rude manager. If you don't want to deal with long hair because it takes too long then say so and I will find someone else that will be happy to take my business. But to charge me $300 to do high lights and low lights and then tell me you will have to cut the time off and send me home with wet hair at 34 degrees temperature outside, that is not cool. My high lights and low lights are not even some chunky some not, I look horrible...but yet spent $300

I went to the location to make a purchase. The retail clerk did not put all the items in my bag. I went back to the place, showed my bank statement which showed my purchase and amount. Instead of giving me the item, the retail clerk told me I was pissing her off and told me it was nothing she could do. Even though she saw that my purchases did not equal my total. She told me that I paid $8.82 in tax on 23.00.Not at all pleased with the location.
I was greeted in the store as usual which is a plus. However not a minute later the same associate was asking me again if I needed help. Most times I don't think anything of it but every aisle there is an associated. Come on this is not a big store. I am a regular customer of sally beauty supply stores. It don't matter what part of the country I am in I always relied on Sally. There is one thing to be friendly and another to just be annoying. Not only that when I got to the register the associate at the registered did not know what she was doing and did not register all my products and I had to wait until she figured it out. She was not a trainee.
This is an EXCELLENT store, this owner and there employees are very friendly always very helpful. I drive a distance just to go to this hair store, they always give a bargain. I WOULD recommend them to anyone!!
I have been to this location three times. The customer service is awful . No one greets you at the door or tells you thank you. The staff walks away when I am trying to ask a question . Hope the attitude gets better at this location . I will not be returning.
I have had outstanding experiences at this location. However I have had some poor ones as well. The latter unfortunately stuck. After having my scheduled appointment rescheduled for a full week later, I experienced a strange styling experience where my requests were brushed off by the staff. My stylist all but ignored pictures I showed her to help communicate the style I was looking for. The other ladies on staff did a wonderful job of pretending I didn't exist as I perused product while my color developed. My stylist complained and gossiped about the young lady scheduling appointments by phone, blaming her for not asking the right questions. This was extremely awkward for me. The stylist kept telling me that she didn't have time to do what I wanted over and over. She tried to plead my case to the district manager who happened to be on site that day, but when she returned I was told that she would be able to complete my request weeks later and only with the understanding that my request would be met "just this once". I seriously felt like a child being scolded. At one point I asked if it might be better if I come back another time, while sitting in the chair, and my stylist replied, "I mean maybe...can you?" I was floored. I agreed to come back a few weeks later and on the day before my appointment I received two calls within an hour of each other confirming and canceling my appointment AGAIN. The only redeeming quality thks location had was the very kind, helpful, and capable manager on duty who seemed genuinely interested in helping me. What was my insane request you ask? Marie Antoinette hair? Instant dreadlocks? A five-foot tall Mohawk constructed from extensions? None of these. I committed the devious sin of asking to have ny hair lightened to blundering brunette. How was my request explained to be impossible to achieve? Science. Yes, hairstylist actually told me that "it was just science". Madam, I believe the word you wanted was "chemistry", and obviously we have none.
I went to this salon to get my hair dyed red and it came out black. I should have checked reviews before going there; unfortunately it only occurred to me to check afterwards. Turns out I am not the first person this has happened to! While the people weren't rude to me the way they were to Alaina below, they also weren't very helpful. If a hairstylist screws up your hair, she should work hard to fix it, and quickly. Instead, I was told to drive all the way to the other side of the city to find a stylist at another Beauty Brands who would fix my black hair and make it red again. That woman did a good job and I might go back to her. But I will never go back to the Liberty Beauty Brands.
I went here to get my hair dyed red, i showed the stylist a picture of what i wanted, and she said she could do it, once i was done, my hair was black instead of red. I asked them nicely if they could please fix it, and they were extremely rude, and didnt treat me with any respect. They put me with a diffrent stylist (Amanda) who was very rude, and was very rough with my hair. When she was done my hair looked the exact same. I will never go here again, and I willl be sure to tell everyone i know not to go here either.
I must say,this is one of the most accommodating beauty supply store in the area,they are very friendly,and give you their time.You don't feel rushed their customer service is AWESOME,the owner or managers name is Lee and he helps the people in the community with jobs and talk to the young men about doing the right thing.When i go in his store I observe and they don't realize but I am truly impressed.Their not just after our money they seem to truly care,I put my name boldly on this I send my clients all the time they give back MRS LYDIA TAYLOR.
