Wish I had been warned. I tried months ago to get service for my company uniforms. I My account rep quit, then they did the paperwork wrong so I had to go back in. Next they got us measured, and I heard excuses like holiday deliver, or backups. Finally they set a date a couple weeks down the road. After several weeks of waiting the date arrived, and once again nobody had ordered the uniforms. They wanted a couple more weeks to get uniforms. I said after weeks of trying and bad service it isn't worth it, and cancelled the contract. Even though it was cancelled and nothing was EVER delivered or promises kept they started charging me for the uniforms. I'm now two days into being run around and transferred all over trying to get the money they took returned. This morning I called account services and four transfers later ended up with a warehouse dock that wasn't even in my area. I was then given a "direct number" for the local manager and district manager. Of course both went to voice mail. In summary, excuses after excuse, never provided the product, charged me for the product they never provided, and now running me around to try to get it resolved.
