I live close to Bledsoe's and had previously rented equipment from them so when my mower needed service, they were the obvious choice. After having it for about a week, they called to tell me it just needed flushed and I was able to pick it up. They recommended I dump out the gas I had at home because it was probably old and most likely the cause of the issue to begin with. Because the weather had been hot as well as spraying for weeds, my lawn didn't need mowed for another 2-3 weeks. At that point, I pulled the mower out of the shed (having not done anything to it since they gave it a clean bill of health) and it wouldn't start. The fuel was low so we thought that may be the issue. We did as they instructed and dumped out the old gas and promptly drove down to refill with fresh fuel before filling up the mower. Still didn't work. My husband called Bledsoe's to tell them the problem in hopes they would be quick to remedy it. After getting the run around from the gentleman who answered the phone, he asked to speak to a manager. After being called a liar and arguing for a while longer with the manager, Bledsoe's finally agreed to come pick it up. I came home a couple days later to a note on the door stating they didn't have a phone number for us (they called us the day before because they were at the wrong house to pick up the mower? Must have lost the phone number during that time?) but the mower was done and ready for pick up. The note also had our new total on the bottom.I called right away to let them know it would be that weekend before we could get borrow a vehicle to pick up the mower and I inquired what the problem was this time. She said it just needed to be flushed again and continued to call me a liar about putting more bad gas in the tank after they instructed us not to. We were able to borrow a vehicle the next day and run over there during our lunch break. We were again asked to pay, at which time my husband said we would need to speak to the manager...who happened to be at lunch. We asked them to call the manager because we weren't able to come back later. This time it was a different manager but still the same "non customer service" attitude. After another argument over the phone, we were told they'd "let this one slide" but for us to take our mower and not come back again. Because we would want to at that point?Worst customer service experience I have ever had.
