They were very kind and welcoming, helped us get everything set up in a straightforward and non stressful way. During our lease we never had an issue go unanswered. Our move our inspection was quick and easy. They are very talented and kind group of people and I would recommend them again and again.

COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL----all locations from ATL to Kc--- THEY ARE GOOD FOR PUTTING SOMETHING IN FINE PRINT to be overlooked and THEY WILL NOT NEVER WORK WITH YOU NO MATTER IF YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITAL BED #They will evict you after 5 days ...MY mother experienced this.........NICE HOMES but no HEART #myopinion When my lease is up I will be GONE. They say half off first month but forget to say a Yr of HEADACHE #myopinion

We used Mr. White for the study on a Family Entertainment Center and Ice Rink in Colorado. We found the company to be professional and accurate with their projections. Now, after the facility is open and operating, their projections were dead on. They are used to working with all sorts of clients wanting to open recreation type of businesses and can sort out the ones who don't have a chance...saving them a lot of heart ache and money. I highly recommend WHLLG if you are serious about starting an entertainment business.
The absolute worst company to deal with. I have been living in one of their rental units, they refuse to add locks to my doors after I have been broken into twice, they have neglected my black mold maintenance requests for three months, along with many other maintenance requests regarding roof leaks, gutter issues, flooding, and pipes. I hate living under the roof of a BLT home.
They have reasonable rates for their apartments, but they are not nice. They have no 24 hour maintenance. You leave a message and they get back to you the next day, no matter the emergency. And sometimes they don't get back to you at all.
You surely picked a winner in our new manager Laura. I certainly like her style…on top of things, easily communicative with fun humor to boot. Thank you so much for seeing after us and putting us in good hands. It is the classic way and Classic has a good team with all of you.

I am very pleased with Classic Property Management and what they’ve done for the HOA in my neighborhood. They are proactive about things that need to be done. It does make all the difference in the world when emergencies happen and we have a property manager that takes the leadership to get things done for the HOA in a very timely manner.
