Service work on my Mercury Mariner is always superior. When I arrive, and the service staff greets me "good morning, Rita." Well, I'm totally blown away. Yes, I have a particular service manager, Erik Davidson, that I schedule my work through. But, for other managers to know my name is impressive. I feel welcomed. I will always have to buy a Ford product because I could not go anywhere else to have a car serviced.
The service at Rob Sight is very detailed. They do a great job checking warranty when repairs are needed. That applies to the extended warranty we bought from Rob Sight.
