YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I have had an account at this bank for about a year. The location is convenient for me, I really like the branch I use most often, the bankers and tellers are all very personable, and several of them know me by name--it's a great bank, and a great banking experience. But------then you try to bank online. Then, you enter into hell. I have been banking online for 19 years, and this is by far the worst online banking experience I have ever had. My second worse is not even close. If these people were trying to design an online banking system to as a means of torture, they could not have succeeded more. The thing locks me out more often than it lets me in. I cannot pay one simple bill without having to call tech support--today, I spent 34 minutes on the telephone with them. The (infinitely patient and personable) tech support guy could not believe how nightmarish a time I was having, but he was watching it unfold in real time. Their software, or possibly some evil human who works there, continually changes my information, so that my password, or my username, will not work. Their security systems are way, way beyond secure, and have entered the realm of surrealistically cumbersome. I simply cannot say enough bad things about this horrible, rotten, no-good, piece of **** online banking garbage that Bank Midwest has. So, I am forced to leave my favorite bank in a long time, because this is intolerable--simple banking tasks become like the labors of Sisyphus. I truly do not understand how this bank has one single customer.
