I must say they're quicker to respond and fix appliances than my last landlord. I'm also amazed at such cheap late fees. (Not saying I take advantage of that). Bob is kind, he got me a good home I've been living in exactly a year yesterday, which is why I'd thought I would write such a kind review. Just pay what is owed on time and there really isn't much to complain about otherwise.
