This McDonald's is horrible. They are always always slow. Waited 30 minutes around 12:30am, and they STILL didn't get the order right. I really hope they don't start making that $15 an hour like they wanted.

Every single time we have issues. All that works there are teens. The evening manager didn't even seem to care and sounded like he was high. My tacos were broke and stuck inside another. When I get taco pizzas.... They taste like chemicals. And my husband always gets the Double Chalupa meal and they've given him a regular one. When I told them about it... They laughed. Hey SHAWNEE DRIVE hire something other than careless teenagers. Not to mention sitting for 10 minutes in drive thru with no assistance. Then pull out to leave & sit another 10 minutes. I honestly wish this location needs to close. It's the worst location ever
Prices just keep getting higher and higher. My regular breakfast meal went from $4.78 to $5.00 this week. About a year ago I was paying maybe $4.50 or less. Price board at the drive thru has different prices than what you are charged. At least on the hash browns. The board shows $1.09, but my receipt shows $1.19, which by the way, many other McDonald's in the area only charge $1.00 for hash browns. Service does not improve with these price increases. Very disappointing. You have lost this customer.

The lady was working alone and she closed the shop 10 min before time when we nocked on the door she pointed the drive through but me and my friend decided we would walk to the shop because it's just down the road, when we go to her from the drive through she had an attitude telling us we had to be driving in order for us to buy food, we had already been waiting for 15 min in line, she couldn't serve us she started yelling at us when we ask her why was the shop closed early, and she told us to get out of her drive way, most of the time when we drive through waiting period could be anything from 15 to 20 min, this is the worst Taco bell I have ever been at, looks like there is no manager there everyone do whatever they want, I will also warn my friends not to go there.
Went to Sonic at 10:15pm on 5/9/16 to order a half-priced shake and was told by the manager that the ice cream was too soft so she cancelled all ice cream orders. Now that is ridiculous! Shakes are soft and I believe it was a cost-saving tactic. Terrible business!

HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY!!! Roaches, wrong orders, frozen lettuce, etc.. Not ONCE have they ever tried to make it up to you as a customer. I go to this McDonalds frequently as it is on my way to work and easy to stop and grab breakfast through the drive thru. But I have so many issues that I have called the corporate office on several occasions. Once when calling about getting the wrong order 3 days in a row, I was told that it was MY fault for not inspecting the order when they handed it to me. When calling about the food not being cooked right (which was not the first time) I was told to take it back, to which I responded that I couldn't, as I got breakfast on the way to work and could not just leave work to take it back - then I was told that I should unwrap and take a bite of all my items while in the drive thru since I couldn't return my orders after I got to work. - This last time I called was because this morning right in front of me I saw someone hold a nap[kin out of the window and drop something, when I pulled up and looked down at what had been dropped I saw it was a very large COCKROACH! As they handed me my bag I said "She just threw a cockroach out of your drive thru window" The response I got was "It was just on the floor, not on your food." I told them that I did not want any food from there and to just refund my money. The manager tried to ask if I just wanted them to remake my order. I asked how they failed to see that the situation was disgusting, I no longer had an appetite and I just wanted my money back. I had to pull forward and wait to get my money brought out to me, Unfortunately they could not return my appetite nor my time. When corporate called me back - they told me that it was only a little beetle that had flown into the drive thru window. I told her is was most definitely a cockroach to which she argued, So I told her that she wasn't there, she didn't see it and I did and asked if she was calling me a liar- that's when she promptly told me very rudely to have a nice day and hung up on me. If there were w way to leave negative starts on this rating I would!!!
