Ordered egg drop soup. Ate all of it before noticing 2 maggots at the bottom. People working made me bring back my food as proof. I brought the container with the maggots and then they still tried to not give me a refund because I didn't bring back the entire order. I had to come back in a second time with what I could get out of the trash and they still tried to argue with me. It wasn't until I broke down crying because I was so upset that I had eaten maggot soup and they had the nerve to argue with me about it that they gave me a refund.
Best food fast good service.
Greasy cold food and Spanish tv are a major turn off unless you want horrible food and bad manners don't go here
Cook sat in front of us in a different table and slurped his food, loudly and abnoxiously as we tried to eat. This went on for about 10 minutes. I get up to get more food and as I walk past him, he's standing at the podium in front of the buffet and he freaking farts right in front of me with my plate in my hand. He turns around and says "oops". And the whole time we sat to eat the lady up front stared at us..
I went to eat here today on September 25th 2016. This place opened up at 11am and I went in around 11:45am we made our plates and sat down. The food was extremely cold on top of tasting like yesterday's dinner"leftovers". I politely went to the lady at the cashier and showed her my plate and explained that the food was not satisfactory. She immediately started yelling at the top of her lungs and refused to here me out. She still made us pay for half of the bill even though the food was still left on our plates untouched . I will never recommend anyone to go here also I do believe that the lady is very disrespectful and rude. Lastly I can tell you how the food was cold because you could even see the steam common off of it from the buffet as we were leaving.
Remember the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld? That's pretty much the attitude dished out to customers at this place. Although there are other reviews that mention "friendly" employees, one employee anyway is the complete opposite. While the rudeness and condescension of the Soup Nazi was funny on TV, in real life such customer disservice is just plain disgusting. So if you're in Kansas City, Kansas, and are looking for Chinese food I would suggest anywhere else - unless rude, impatient, dismissive treatment doesn't bother you.
I personally normally don't eat any Chinese food. But I actually enjoy theirs. It's clean, fresh and always hot. I have them deliver to me often. Never had any problems with staff. I highly recommend them.
Opened my to go box and found a huge spider PLASTERED to my general tao chicken. Tryed to get my $ back and the Hispanic manager REFUSED to give it back!! What happened to customers always right. Police came and they didn't help at all so now my family and I lose out on $20 for food we won't touch and who would if you saw a HUGE spider stuck to your food!!
I am very particular about what chinese restaurant I go too. This is our go to place for dine in and take out. I've never had a problem with them. I highly recommend them to anyone!
an hour after i had placed the order online for delivery, i called to check the status... i had been quoted a delivery time of 30-45 minutes, so i was getting a little concerned- especially since the other times i had ordered, my food had arrived between 30-35 minutes... they hadn't even started my order... of course, the man on the phone didn't say that- instead he barked at me, "i don't have that order!" so i politely explained that i had a confirmation number (i had pre-paid, of course, otherwise i would not have bothered and would have just gone elsewhere)... he explained, i'd have my food (which again, he hadn't even started, 5-10 minutes later... 20 minutes later (an hour and 20 minutes after placing the order) my food arrived and i was told to call the store and ask for a refund... even the delivery driver thought he was ridiculous enough for me to deserve some sort of compensation for the shoddy customer service...so i did...i was screamed at- literally screamed athe didn't "have time" (his words) to fix the problem and told me to "deal" with it... after explaining that this was his mistake and not mine, he began to SCREAM, "F*** YOU, F*** YOU" into the phone before hanging up on me...so i called back and explained that i would just continue to call back until the my money had been refunded...i don't usually write reviews (good or bad) but any establishment that treats their customer base like this deserves their awfulness to be broadcast to the worldfor shame aloha chopstixi used to order from you quite a bit- but now you've lost my business forever...whoever was working the phone between 3-3:30pm on aug 15, 2013 should be firedwithout question
