Nina in service is great! She makes it easy and enjoyable to do business there! She actually explains what work is being done to your car. She is now my go to person when servicing my 2007 Nissan Maxima.

This dealership has a very nice store, great selection on new and used vehicles, and friendly staff. It made the experience non-forgettable and enjoyable
Incredible customer service here! I went in to get some steering issues I've been having fixed on my car and they got it done quickly, Nina is the coolest!
World class customer service!! Will be back and I'll bring the family. My brother, sister and parents all bought vehicles and couldn't be happier. Love Fenton Nissan of legends kc! If you are shopping for a car you have to stop here first.
Friendly staff and great selection of new and used vehicles. Please ask for Austin or Matt when you visit the dealership.
I would not recommend- look at the car and contract carefully. I went to test drive a car- it was dirty and the dirt was covering a lot of hail damage and deep scratches. The pics were taken at angles to not show the damage. I asked for it to washed, and the salesman tried to rush me into finance as I wanted to get a final look. The salesman admitted to knowing about the damage and then went to flip me on a car that had a broken front grill. I felt like there was a lot of deception. They did end up fixing the windshield and the hail damage-just didn't like all the back and forth to make this right. After a few weeks, the dealership was aware that I was picking up the car. It was very dirty again- I couldn't immediately see if it was fixed, so that was another couple hours to wait for it to be washed. Again, it wasn't worth all I had to go through- I should have gone through a different dealership.
I would never take another vehicle to their shop here. I paid over 200 bucks for them to tell me there was something not connected that never had an electrical connection with this model once I found that info out on my own I was convinced their mechanics don't know much about what they work on over top off I as well found like I suggested a switch was part of the problem and could be visually seen that is it was broke (once I got into looking at it. this was a waste of my time and money and a total ripoff
