My niece went in for a very TYPICAL blonde highlight on her brown hair. She even took a picture and showed the owner/master stylist Kim what she wanted. After the first round of coloring, it was no where near the picture, so Kim decided to add more blonde, after the second attempt, there were large black patches and splotchy blonde streaks, and Kim said to just go home and play with it...not what she wanted to hear. My niece went the next day and had it fixed by a real professional who had to even up the haircut that Kim performed. When she was finally able to reach Kim again, Kim agreed to refund the money BUT after Kim talked with a manager, she decided my niece had communication problems and she didn't feel she needed to refund the money since she didn't get a chance to fix it again...HELLO...you had two attempts and did an awful job and why would anyone with any sense allow you to touch it again, plus how could there be communication issues when you had a picture to look at? Ladies beware...this is a dangerous place to get your hair colored and even trimmed!
