I have been with this company for 8 years and never received a bill this last year. (In previous years, we paid several months or year in advance. Having done this, i wait for the business to send a bill for my reminder to pay.) In the past years, we received occasional and inconsistent billing notifications by mail. After careful and thoughtful evaluation, I see inconsistency with billing statements, and the business would allow several late fees before any notifications were sent. In the past year, there was NO written or email notification of bills...(late fees continued accumulating) I was charged late fees and a lien due to lack of payment by certified letter. Had I known, immediate action would have happened. Was told they did not have a current phone, and no attempt was made to notify us by mail.(phone and mail have been the same for 25 years) NEVER RECEIVED A BILL for OVER A YEAR. Inconsistent billing not good management, and having been a customer for many years, disappointed.
