Oh their expertise is great at talking you into and making everything sound great. Professionalism and promptness are horrid once you sign a contract with them. Can't get him on the phone and he won't return calls. How he became store manager no idea. Oh yes I do. He can talk the take and bring people in. He just isn't there to make sure they stay happy.

the people there are great always know what to do to fix my phone. I always go to Alex he is the best ever.
Really fast service. They fixed the broken screen on my iPhone 5s and i was in and out of there in less then a half hour. I thought it would a hassle and it was the complete opposite.
