Absolutely the WORST Company to do business with. No contact notifying us when to pickup or that we were suppose to pick up our item. Item shipped 3-19-15 Item still has not arrived 4-3-15. When I would track it on the web it was sent from one facility to the next in the same state. (Texas) it arrived in Michigan and set for two day’s. NO one called, no delivery attempt. thouroughly screwed up our Grand daughters birthday, (Which we missed waiting on the package) without notice of its arrival, and no delivery attempted. Bose corporation, who we purchased our item’s from, have been notified, and said they have recieved several complaints about UPS service lately. Fedex has never screwed up on service for us. We sent Christmas gifts to Minnesota that were delivered to a wrong address and never recovered or reimbursed. UPS Stinks for service. Unqualified personnel, and good luck with anyone who can speak English well enough to understand.
