        I had trash, recycle, and yard waste with Best Way for 6 years. Each year I would pay half of the yard waste because it was 140.00 and I just couldn't pay it all at once. This year (2016) they didn't pick up the yard waste when I called to ask why they stated they wouldn't pick up the container until I sent them the remaining 70.00 they had always picked it up in previous years. I have been a customer in good standing for years and this is how they treat me. The first person I talked with stated they wouldn't give me my 75.00 dollars back when I got upset she hung up on me.
        Needless to say I no longer have Best Way, my new provider gave me a better deal and picks up my recycling bin twice a month instead of once a month. Best Way needs to find a better way for sure.

        Pick up was fair but I missed paying one time after 3 years was charged a 25.00 reconnect fee not even a don't do it again. But 25.00 right off the bat! What about my 3 years good payment fee I said... thank you ..! they said!
