This is by far the most unprofessional establishment ive ever dealt with. I've had a money "lost" when I dropped it in their "secure mail box" Please save your time and money and find somewhere worth your while

Avoid this place at all costs. I don't even know where to begin with this awful company. Firstly, they overcharge for some of the crappiest, most run-down apartments in Kalamazoo. Secondly, the management is neglectful, greedy, and unfair to residents. Whenever something is broken, it takes weeks for them to do anything about it and they're very rude when handling residents. They also provide bad internet service through a filtering company that does not allow residents to use common software such as Skype. Lastly, the apartments themselves are filthy, smelly, and pest-ridden. I had to call for a cockroach infestation and a bedbug infestation, both of which took them over a week to take care of. These are just some of the highlights of the many, many, many problems. In short, stay away from 1324 Lafayette if you want your money's worth.
