We were from out of state. Our CRV was bought in California. Dave from Zeigler Honda service went above and beyond to get us a set of new Michelin tires in 2 days so we can start for home on time. This is a world class business and Dave is a perfect example of how to provide world class service.
These guys are the best...they worked with us for 3 days and then we finally got financed...at a decent rate even after being out of bankruptcy for only 6 months...they go above and beyond to get the job done...ill always go back to them from now on!!
I bought a new 2017 E300 this Spring. Bonnie in sales was very good to work with and I gave only 4 stars for the buying process only for the haggling with the used car evaluation had to do on a trade in. Honestly, my car had a few glitches that a new MB should not have but Bill in the service department all alone is a reason to buy a car here. I've had my car for over 7 months and love the car and would give Bill 6 stars if available.
Over the years I've had both warranty work & personnel work done. Each time I got my vehicle back the work had not been done properly or there were thing not working that did when it was taken in. Worst things was when I paid for a complete inspection of my truck before a long trip towing. Got it back with everything showing in good shape including a check on the brakes. 120 miles down the road the brakes needed replaced. Of course this was only 1 example, but how about taking it in to have AC repaired (that was working prior to them fixing the electric locks) & then getting it back with the engine brake not working & the chip had been erased. Also there was a time I took new conversion van in for a recall on the wipers. Got it back & the HOT engine gauge continually pegged to the max. Three visits later, and being charged for each one, I still had the problem. Finally on the 4th visit they found it was a loose wire. One I surmise was not attached properly when the pulled the dash to fix the wiper recall. I got charged again to fix this. After showing my dissatisfaction, in front of other customers, they pulled me aside & said Ford gave them a slush fund to cover things like this. I took it but voiced how unfair it was that people had to get upset to get treated fairly. Never will the ever see another vehicle of mine.

I was really impressed by the overall service at the Volkswagen Service Center. I brought my car in around noon and it was serviced same day. During the wait, I received a complimentary shuttle service, which really saved me a lot of inconvenience.
Dropped in to have a fuel filter replaced. Was told that was a "Service Express" item and there was a 2.5 hour wait. I asked if I could make an appointment to have it done and was told no appointments for that kind of service and that I would have to wait or come at another time in hope the wait time was less. I'll be going to Tuffy's from now on where I can schedule an appointment and get the standard services done for 30% of the price charged here.I did talk with the service manager Steve, who didn't really care how much of an inconvenience this was. Told me that was our policy. Why? because that's our policy.Okay, so I won't be going back there again.
The only dealership that year after year it's the same staff, unlike every other dealership where they have new faces every few months. They are always kind and helpful.
I just got my 2nd car from the guys at seelye. Jonathan and the rest of the staff could have not been more helpful. I have him a price range and he found the vehicle I was looking for! It addition to the wonderful customer service, they flew a staff member to Florida to pick my old car and drive it back to michigan. Thank you so much Jonathan and rest of the staff at Seelye. You will for sure get my business in the future!!!
We were looking to replace our 2000 Ford Taurus with an used vehicle. We ended up at Seelye where we had a very positive experience. Everyone we talked with were very helpful and we didn't feel pushed at all. We took our time (and theirs) and ended up making a deal. Mickey Seelye is very hands-on and we felt that we were treated very respectfully by all. We would definitely recommend Seelye to family and friends.
