Shaince H.We noticed your review and need to publicly clarify some information. First, we at Wilke Apartments take our responsibilities very seriously, including complying with Federal Fair Housing Laws. It is important that others reading your post understand that they are not getting the full picture. While you were indeed told we were going to pass on the opportunity, it in no way relates to your domestic situation. You were asked the amount of monthly income and you brushed off that question. That information is needed to verify one step of the qualifying process. As you spoke with the person who answered the phone, it was very difficult to hear you speaking with the loud music playing in the background. To us, this represents a lifestyle we don’t want in our properties. We value our residents right to peaceful enjoyment and not being subjected to inconsiderate neighbors. It should be noted that you became aggressive and argumentative when asked about your income and living location now.A reasonable person would realize that if a person is difficult and plays loud music in the early stages of the rental application process the chances are that would continue into their living environment.Respectfully,Wilke Apartments

I was very disappointed in my recent rental from them. It says on the website they will call to confirm your reservation within 2 hrs, but they left me hangin for a week and then called to say they wouldnt have it. And they just made me more disappointed when I finally did get my rental.
