I was honestly very disappointed. I got to my room, the hot water took 20 minutes of me running it on the hottest to get hot. The toilet paper rod was bent down, you could wiggle it back and forth. Then of course we go out and get hit with a 8$ parking fee for 2 hours, then another fee.I liked that I could check out on the phone. They said they would charge for another parking fee. What I didn't know was that to stay at that hotel there is only one spot to park, in their parking deck. And that every day it's a 30$ fee.60$ for a 20 hour period. If you want to find a classy hotel for alone time, then don't chose this one. Just to stay cost my husband and I close to 300$. I stayed at a holiday Inn in Grand Rapids that I liked better for half the cost.
Horrible service tried to keep my deposit and said I did something to the room. Room service was horrible.
I give 1 star room not ready at 9:30 pm had to wait another 15 minutes before we could get in to our room . Front desk sent us thru the front entrance and down the halls when we could of easily went thru a door 20 feet from our room . Then the bathroom door is loose on the hinges and don't want to close.
Don't ever, ever EVER park in the Radisson parking structure. If you go to an event and happen to be leaving when everyone else is, you will be stuck with no way out. They have a machine to collect your parking fee and if one machine happens to be down they won't open the gate to let people out. You are stuck waiting in line well over an hour. And YES... you get to pay the parking rate for the time you wait in line. It's a scam.
