WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This man should not be in business. Be prepared for indefinite wait periods and getting yelled at for simply inquiring on your repair or service. And his yelling is highly laced with profanity!! (and this is when he's had the mower for a month - and you have heard NOTHING from him and are making a simple inquiry as to the status!) He is very threatening and berating to the customer. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible experience in every way!!! I had to retrieve my mower (and not even sure I'm getting back the original mower & parts) to have it repaired elsewhere. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS!!

Our mower started getting vibrations, and we did not even have it for more than a year. We called Justin Saw & Engine to tell them our situation. They told us that they could have it prepared by 10-14 days. Well we called pretty much every 14 days to see if the repairs were done...and they told us that it would be another 10-14 days due to backorders on the part we needed. This is where the sigh comes in. After 3 full months of getting the run around, we finally contacted the manufacturer in regard to the part. Honda (the manufacturer) told us that there has not been a backorder on the item and even if it was, it would have been no longer than 3 wks tops. So they were nice enough to provide additional Honda repair locations. As I went to pick up the mower from Justin S&E, they were trying to make me pay for the "diagnostic" fee. ARgh!! I would have no problem but they had left the mower OUTSIDE for 3 months and it was all rusted!! They were very lucky that I wasn't complaining about that. Anyway, Keller Feed & Lawnmower took the initiative to take care of the situation so Justin S&E would release MY mower to me. Very unhelpful service. Honestly, we would not have mind if someone had just contacted us themselves and said...look we can't get the part, it might be best if you guy found another location to take it to...Just that curtesy would have been nice instead of the run around.
