We are very sorry you were unhappy with our facility. Our facility is a 2000' foot building with pet grooming rooms, play rooms, boutique, all with rubber re-coiled flooring, for the comfort and safety of our animals. The "garage" area is merely a drive-thru drop off area, where the dogs are prepared and bathed, prior to entering the grooming area. This is done so any pet that arrives with fleas, ticks or any special needs, can be attended to immediately. If a pet is dropped off at a one-room shop, with crates, where the pet stays all day; how do you know the pet next to yours didn't just come in with fleas? Fleas jump. We can assure our customers, when your pet has been moved to the grooming or play area, which is centrally air conditioned, they are clean and dry. Our pets are walked 2-3 times a day, while they are visiting us. Fresh water and treats (if appl) are always provided. We encourage all our customers to come in, stay while your pet is there, or just walk-through the facility anytime. We apologize for not taking the time to show you the beginning to end procedure, that we feel is so important for the safety of all our pets during their stay with us.
