I had Jupiter Uniforms outfit my entire office. They had the uniforms in their showroom in every size. I had my staff come in and try on the uniforms to make sure everything fit. They had my order ready within 4 days of finishing the sizing. The embroidery was crisp, it didn't waffle like some of the embroidery Ive had done around town. I also like the fact that they offer a discount program based on the cost of the items not based on bulk. Enrique, Thomas, and James helped out through the process all were very nice and informed. I will definitely do business with them going forward.
Avoid Jupiter Uniforms!!! I've ordered shirts from Jupiter Uniforms for my son 2 times now. The first time, I was told the order would be complete within a few days and I'd be receiving a call when they were ready. I never received any calls/updates, they "lost" my order, and my order was extremely delayed. FINALLY, nearly a month later the shirts were ready. When the "lost" order came through, the staff accidentally embroidered those shirts as well...so the manager offered the extras as an apology for the delay and lack of communication. Although my son was without uniforms for the first month of school, I appreciated the gesture and figured maybe that experience was a fluke.
When my son needed additional shirts, I decided to give them another chance. I called to re-order the same thing but in the next size up. The woman I spoke to was very nice and told me I'd get a call when the shirts were ready in a few days. I paid over the phone and my card was charged immediately. When I hadn't heard anything nearly a week later, I called and was given an update and delayed time frame (once again). They also, once again, insisted I'd be contacted when the shirts were ready. After their estimated time frame, when I still hadn't heard anything, I stopped in. The shirts were ready but embroidered incorrectly. The man apologized and said a rush order would be placed the next business day, followed by a confirmation call from the manager. The manager never called; I had to call them. With attitude, the manager insisted that he was doing me a huge favor by re-ordering the shirts they had messed up. He gave me another time frame, which they did not meet nor call to update me on.
Don't order from Jupiter Uniforms if you need your order in a timely manner.
The manager of Jupiter Uniforms "manages" with no sense of urgency, nor concern for the inconveniences his company causes. I will not be giving Jupiter Uniforms another chance, especially when there is a great embroidery company right down the street on Toney Penna, who completes orders quickly, professionally, and keeps their clients updated.
