Sara Sacks is the most unprofessional narrow mined self centered person I ever in countered in my life. She seems like shes on the verge of a nervous break down within any day now! I am concerned for hear well being and urge hear colleagues to rally together and have an intervention A.S.A.P ! before she does something bad to hear self or someone else around her. After interviewing with her I was concerned with her bipolar behavior and her thought process it seems she is becoming boarder line delusional in her rationality.I have been studying symptoms of alcoholics and manic depressants for over 30 years and its in my professional opinion by studying her speech and the tone of her complexion it seemed apparent that shes in need of some serious help. I only hope she get the help that is needed before its to late.Only the best wishes!

Hopes Gate's family like feel provides a very comfortable environment that allows people to be able to open up and express the issues that they may be having while achieving sobriety and balance in their lives. I have been blessed to experience this first hand and can truly say that the staff here bends over backwards to accommodate the needs of the clients to help put them in the best possible position to succeed after leaving here. I would highly recommend Hopes Gate to anyone who is seeking treatment and is serious about bettering themselves.
The amount of help I received at Hopes Gate was just incredible. I cannot explain how grateful and helpful I am for everybody there. The entire staff, from the executive director all the way down to the techs, everybody is so willing to help you. Lindsey Ward saved my life. I called her for help and she immediately came to save the day. If you need help with addiction, you will not find a more dedicated staff than the people at Hopes Gate. 100% recommend to anybody and everybody struggling with addiction.
You hear about the horror of going to treatment in south florida and how uncomfortable and shady it is. This is not the case at Hopes Gate. This center is a glowing example of how a treatment center should act, clinically and operationally. By far the most exceptional place I have ever been to.
As a former client at Hopes Gate, and having been to several different treatment centers in South Florida, I can say without a doubt that Hopes Gate is an excellent choice for anyone looking for an IOP program and sober living. The house location in Jupiter Farms isn't very convenient but there are always 2 tech's working and they are very good about providing transportation. They even consistently provide rides to and from work. The 2 houses at the farm property are both nice and comfortable. Everyone has a queen sized bed with a nice mattress. Client accountability is good, and clients are drug tested regularly. The house is on a large wooded property with an indoor pool and a basketball hoop. Staff provide rides to meetings and the gym regularly. I love the clinical staff there. As a client who had more than a few disciplinary run-ins and relapses I can honestly say that these people really did have my best interest at heart. They would work with me and try to help me. Lindsey the executive director is incredible. She isn't a therapist but would gladly sit down and talk to me when I was struggling or having a break down. She personally one time sat there with me for something like 3 hours talking to me, allowing me to vent and trying to help me resolve my issues. That is not her job at all, but she did it because she truly cares. I never once felt that they were just in it for the money as I have with other treatment centers. Jarred Niccolau the operations director is another example of a truly caring employee who goes above and beyond to look out for the best interest of the clients. He goes out of his way even in his personal time to do what he can to help out and make a difference. He's very laid back and easy to talk to, but still maintains a professional demeanor and does the right thing. Casey was my therapist while I was there, and she is great as well. Unfortunately I didn't allow her to work with me as much as I should have. I'm terrible at opening up, but she has also always been there for me if I needed to talk. She is super easy to talk to and has a great personality. Very upbeat and positive. My experience with her was great, and I wish I still had the opportunity to work with her. Overall I would gladly recommend Hopes Gate to anybody who is struggling with alcoholism or addiction. Quality of life is fantastic, and you know you always have the emotional support of a caring staff. 👍👍
I would give this facility 0 stars if possible. The clinical staff is extremely two faced and manipulative. The housing is infested with black mold & bed bugs. They encourage relapse so they can refer you out to a detox for a week and get a referral fee. It’s a sad, never ending cycle.
