My experience at this school was in the beginning good. The teachers were nice and seemed to care about the students. However, the owner Michelle, doesn't seem to care at all about the kids. As she gave me 2 business days to fix a clerical error overlooked by her staff, and the person who could fix the mistake was on vacation for the 2 days she gave me. She then proceeded to tell me my son couldn't come back and gave his spot to another child on the waiting list, without even speaking to me about it. Didn't even give me the chance to fix it. She doesn't care about the kids just the money. I would reconsider sending your child here and find a place where a simply fixed clerical error won't get a little bit kicked out of preschool, as he just is getting used to it. If I could I'd give 0 stars.
Come in and see why Montessori education for young children is the best. You can see the learning, it speaks for itself!
I was disappointed with First Class, when I called to schedule an appointment for a tour I was told to stop by anytime during operating hours. When I showed up around 1pm, it was obviously nap time and the 1 (of 2) teachers actually tried giving me a tour...stepping OVER napping children, while speaking loudly to try and show me the classrooms. When I stood in the doorway, making it clear I wouldn't be stepping over children as well then the teacher came back to the main lobby and gave me paperwork and apologized that the majority of the staff was on lunch break. As a parent, I would be furious if anyone stepped over my child's head, especially while giving tours. Would NOT recommend.
