Touched By Angels

On short notice, Touched by Angels came and cleaned 20 years of grime out of my carpet. The 14'+ living room took about 1.5 hours and looked beautiful afterwards. They were flexible, courteous and on quote. Will use again!

We recently had Touched By Angels clean the carpets in our rental unit. They did a great job and were available on short notice. I have had several carpet cleaners over the years, and they were by far the best.
Touched by Angels cleans our home, too. I recommend them highly for both home and caret cleaning.

We had a tenant use Touched by Angels to clean after they vacated our property. I couldn't get over the detail Rose gave to the job. I stopped by to see how she was doing and she was cleaning and sanitizing the inside of the kitchen drawers! Some companies "might" wipe the drawers out, but she was really cleaning them! She also cleaned all the window sills and baseboards which most other companies never do. We were going to replace all the carpeting in the house but she suggested we let her company clean it instead. We figured why not? The carpet came out beautifully, looks like new!!! I can't recommend Touched by Angels enough.

I called on Rose and her team to help me prepare one of my units for re-renting. She gave me an initial estimate, but then came back well into the project and informed me that the bid needed to be increased slightly because the assignment was tough! I knew this already. The result was a spectacular job with no surprises! This was the straight shooting that I needed--and the unit rented right away. On fairly short notice, Touched by Angels came to my home to clean carpets after our puppy had become house-trained. A competitor in town had already "cleaned" our carpets once and failed to remove or reduce any of the stains. The TbA team not only removed the stains but left the carpets looking very fresh, almost new. They were pleasant to deal with and most helpful in a "short notice" effort. I will hire them again and recommend this business without reservation. I must add that I found the cost of this service almost 1/3 less than the competitor's cost and for a 100% more successful outcome.

I have been using touch by angels service in my business and my home for about one year now. They have provided superior service in both places. While some people might think the price is a little bit steep the value is amazing when you can know that , When you arrive at work every day your business has been cleaned and it's ready and beautiful for your customers. The fact that it's a family business, is also comforting, in knowing that your valuables are protected. I highly recommend them

Warning- when you get a quote, be sure to ask how many people will be cleaning at that price. I was told $48 an hour, but I was not told that she would be bringing two extra people making the true price per hour $156 ($48 x 3). I thought my total charge would be about $150; it was $432.

Regarding the cleaning, my floors and windows looked great. However, in the initial walk-through, I had asked that the light switch plates and heaters be wiped down. I also pointed out cobwebs in the corners that needed to be taken care of. I ended up cleaning the switch plates and the heaters. The cobwebs were either not taken down, or they were smeared down the wall, which I had to clean.

Learning lesson #1) get a written quote and #2) pay the bill after a final walk-through.

Outstanding cleaners. We have used them to clean our home for several years. Never had a problem with them.
