Dzantik'I Heeni Middle School, located in Juneau, Ark., is part of Juneau City and Borough County School District. It offers classes to students in grades six through eight, and has an enrollment of more than 700 students. It addresses the needs of students during the transition between elementary and high school, using a personalized approach and an interdisciplinary curriculum. The school provides a comprehensive educational program, including core subjects, such as mathematics, language arts, social studies and science. Additionally, other courses offered include art, music, computer, library, guidance, health and physical education. Community service projects are part of each grade. All students are invited to take part in the school newspaper and student council. Dzantik'I Heeni Middle School offers a variety of sports, including football, basketball, track and swimming.
