Nathan and Christina, Have nothing but the best to say about Affordable Auto Sales in Juneau Alaska. What an extraordinary group of guy's who are honest and represent the State of Alaska and it's moto to help Alaskans. We were deciding to buy a vehicle through refinancing are current vehicle which was at an extremely high rate. In the finance package we would of gotten two vehicles. Completely owning one with just a few thousand down and saving thousands on our current vehicle at the end of the loan term and have a cheaper monthly payment. In the middle of the deal we decided it would not be wise for us to spend the money down to include the other vehicle in the finance package. The team at Affordable Auto Sales refinance our truck did all the paper work and did it all just to help. Later on we had a another child increasing our family to 6. We decided we needed a second vehicle. So we went to the guy's we knew would truly help us and go above and beyond the typical dealer experience. We bought a nice used SUV with low miles. Upon the sale they went above and beyond to get the vehicle to us in our home which is in the bush.Upon getting the vehicle there were just minor concerns we personally had since our dealings were only over the phone and viewing the vehicle online and having friends in Juneau drive and look at the vehicle. The guy's at Affordable Auto Sales said to just swing in and they would take care of our concerns next time we were in town to do a Costco trip. I'm so grateful for Affordable Auto Sales LLC. and that they are honest and go above and beyond to take care of there customers which they treat with respect.

No Stars. My worst experience with auto service ever and I have been getting cars fixed for over 40 years. I should have stayed away from them after my initial experience with them when they "forgot" to rush order a part. My second experience didn't require a major overall, but they had my car for over two weeks. Primary problem --too busy to get to it any sooner. While my car probably benefitted from a tune up (which they did), it is very questionable whether about $500 worth of charges were needed. Only one of the two problems was addressed, after they said my car was fixed and running well. When I went to start, it still didn't start. I spent $1000.
