Thier full page ad keeps poping up in my flipboard reader and it wont go away!
Was in the market for a used truck,called,person in charge out to lunch 2 days in a row at 2 different, times,left .phone number,no response. Didn't fair any better with e mail.Went down to dealership,same story person in charge not around.Friend of friend bought new car from them for new years, no problems in finding sales person.Heard similar stories with other people trying to buy used vehicles at stanleys.No interest or help in used car department.Look elsewhere if buying used.
No Stars. My worst experience with auto service ever and I have been getting cars fixed for over 40 years. I should have stayed away from them after my initial experience with them when they "forgot" to rush order a part. My second experience didn't require a major overall, but they had my car for over two weeks. Primary problem --too busy to get to it any sooner. While my car probably benefitted from a tune up (which they did), it is very questionable whether about $500 worth of charges were needed. Only one of the two problems was addressed, after they said my car was fixed and running well. When I went to start, it still didn't start. I spent $1000.
