Telephoned twice and Topeka office answers, and not the Junction City Branch of which my daily business is conducted. I am,therefore having to go personally to that branch on 8th Street and Washington in Junction City to ask a simple re- financing question about a car loan. I find this at an inconvenience. Been a customer since 1984. This is my first complaint, so take it considerably. I* am on my way there now.

I've been a customer for twenty-five years. I called about a small loan to purchase a truck for my grand daughter. I talked to "Ben",. He said: Let me talk to the underwriters, I'll call you back . That was Monday, this is Saturday morning and I've not heard from him. It's not a question about loan approval or not, it's that I wasn't important enough to merit a response of any kind. The truck has been sold and I have a sad grand daughter over it. Thought you might want to know Harlan White.
