Sadly, I saw most of the Joshua staff out back of your store smoking weed with the exception of one young man that always delivers extraordinary service.
This subway is the dirtiest I've ever seen , flys we all over the place back where the food was , as soon as I saw that I walked right back out , you want customers ? Clean the place up no one wants to eat in a dirty place with bugs flying around not to mention I was worried about bugs being in the food
Usually I enjoy going to Dairy Queen. It's close and the workers are fairly friendly. Today was a totally different story. I went through the drive thru. The young lady (didn't catch her name-brown hair older looking maybe early 30s?? ) anyway, I went to go pay the lady was very rude. Didn't say "hi" how much it was anything. Nothing at all. Just looked very upset to be there or maybe at least deal with customers. So the whole time through money and handing me my order not a word was spoken from her. I got the vibe that she was rude. I called and spoke with the manager and she didn't seem concerned either about the way her employee was acting. She just said "is that it?" In a rude way like how is someone complaining about that? I will never go back to this location and will be telling my friends, family, church and groups about the rudeness and lack of disregard towards this type of behavior. I was hoping the manager would redeem it for me, but nope.
It is not that good of a place I order a BLT and went and picked it up and took it back to work and went to eat it and all it had was bacon cheese and mayo so I called and talked to the manger and asked what a BLT had on it and she told me that it was bacon and cheese. Wrong it is Bacon, Lettuces and tomato. If I wanted to order a bacon cheese sandwich I would have said I want a bacon cheese sandwich.
When i worked here i had 3 different managers in less than 3 weeks! Many people quit in one day. It was VERY horrible! Awful training and you were expected to do the impossible! I honestly would give this place a .5/ 5 stars as far from the view of an ex-employee! It was also disturbing the the OWNER of this store, i had to witness him pick his nose, go to the register, touch the buttons and come back to the back and DID NOT put gloves on as he touched/ rearranged the fresh cookies. He even didn't wear gloves when touching the dough and seasoning the bread. I was sick watching this. I even asked the current manager if i should remind him to put gloves on or give him a hint. She said no. Go figure. Sickens me. And their schedules are NOT flexible. The change the schedule W/OUT CALLING YOU before the next day.! You are expected to call them EVERY MORNING & EVERY NIGHT to see if your schedule has been changed.!! Pathetic. And don't expect to hardly get anybreaks. After 1month and 1 1/2 weeks, i FINALLY got a 10 min break. The only breaks you can get is smoke breaks. !
