I talked to Brianna for the towing service and called right back to cancel the service. I couldn't get through. She put me on hold for a long time. I called back 5-6 times to get through. It's strange that when you request a service, you get right through but when you try to cancel, I wasn't able to get through. I was able to talk to Brianna finally and told her that I need to cancel. She said, "Okay, thanks for letting me know". Then we hanged up. I thought that's it.About 30 mins later, I get a call from Brianna that her manager going to charge a cancellation fee. She never said about the cancellation policy when I requested and cancel the service. Never mentioned about any fee. The I asked her "how much is cancellation fee?". She said, "I DON'T KNOW". I said what do you mean by I don't know? She said again, I don't know. Yes, she doesn't know the cancellation fee. She said I can talk to her manager. I did call and talked to the manager. She was upset and was focused on making money instead of any customer service. I told her what happened and she said you canceled so we are going to apply the cancellation fee. Then she said, "I don't know what to say". Then said, "I don't want to deal with this". Then hang up the phone. I am so disappointed in how they treat the customers. They are focusing on making much money possible and how to take advantage of their customers. She was so disrespectful I don't want others go through what I went through and treated this way. I really recommend avoiding this towing company. I also they have automotive service as well. I am worried about their customers.

I also had GREAT SERVICE. My motor club transferred me and I was on dropped calls twice . Finally, on the third call, I was told the plan I have used with the motor club for the past 10-15 years was different. Tell it like it is, my company outsources persons that do not speak well understood English. It's probably not the tow company-its the lousy outsourcing being done by your provider.
I don't know about other peoples experience with First Choice mine was above board, on time and Robert was very helpful in getting me complete, clear, records of the tow that I have to use in a lawsuit against a garage that destroyed my Custom Ftx F250 superduty engine. Great job people you are the smoking gun that helped me greatly to nail a fraudulent Firestone Store in Timonium for a 20k repair my insurer wont cover My First Choice !!!
Had to give one star because none wasn't an option. This towing company should be called last choice. To make a long story short I was told they would come and tow my car in 75 minutes. After calling dispatched and being told several times they would be there in 15 minutes the tow truck showed up 165 minutes later. The first lie was he was on the other side of the road and needed to turn around.
I have been waiting over 3 hours for a tow truck. This company somehow contracted with my warranty provider. They keep telling me 30 more minutes over and over..unacceptable. When I spoke with the roadside people, they said that many customers have had similar complaints. I will work to make sure Chrysler ends their contract with this unreliable, unprofessional co.pant.
My vehicle was towed on a Sunday morning and was promised by the company that it would be delivered by Monday morning to the body shop. After two days of failed deliveries and several excuses later, the body shop arranged for their own tow to remove my car from First Choice. That's pretty sad and unprofessional in my book.
