These people are CROOKS! Still money literally. Over charge, claim your always late and shut you off when you JUST paid. I paid them $186.55 one month after they shut water off and the very next statement claimed I was past due $106.24 when I just paid all that money to turn service back on. Not mention I don't get a statement every month. I have to either call, which I hate to do because they SO rude, or guess what I owe and hope they won't shut me off again. Now they have sign up stating they don't make arrangements to pay bills anymore and if your behind any amount at all they will shut you off.....I think they like collecting that $35 restore fee and they pocket the money. Because it never seems to reflect on statements what you do pay. I give them a BIG FAT ZERO!
