Terrible service, with terrible customer service. Everyone there was as surprised as me when I had questions about a $500 bill even after they "looked in to it" they said they don't know why it's so high but they can't do anything. Now there office hours where I live have changed and they are open 11:30am-4:00pm Tuesday-Friday. No better options but I can't wait till there are.

It was bad enough already I was charged for service the day I called, then it was 2 weeks before service was connected. The internet worked great for the most part the first week and now it drops to nothing literally every 10 to 15 minutes! When I called again they said it will be 2 weeks before a tech can come to my house.... Not many options where I live so I strongly don't recommend cable one!!
I am very unhappy with cable one in joplin mo. I was a loyal paying customer at bykota estates in joplin mo. and payed regularly and they cut my entire area off over a few hoodlems they could have easily caught but instead chose to punish paying customers by cutting them off as well. I am thinking of having a talk with the better business bureau about this. I am very upset now and very put out with cable one's poor handling of this situation. Plus being disabled i relied on their service to keep me in contact with people i needed to be in contact with daily but they don't even care about their disabled paying customers that they cut off. Thanks cable one you ruined my life and now tell me i have to move to a new location if i want to get their business back. i can't afford to move and i shouldn't have to move to keep doing business with them. Very unfair treatment and very heartless of them.
