        I took my son Preston to this orthodontics which was confirmed that he needed his two top baby teeth extracted and she explained to me "MOM" in the office that she would send my child's dentist the email stating what should be done with my son's teeth. Well they never did email the dentist about our visit or that Preston needed his top teeth pulled out. I called and they said they couldn't find anything in their computer system that Preston needed his top two teeth out. Only back 8 months ago the email was sent when he was there in April. They don't even care that my son was there just a week ago December this year 2015. Bad service. Now I have to call my son's dentist and discuss this issue with them. Mad Mom
