I love this place, certain people know my voice over the phone and know exactly what I want. They know my Fiance as well and always know who I am when I walk in

Please bring extra bags and napkins with you if you don't want the sauce from your food all over your car. The food is not tasty. Manager is very rude, arrogant and blames the customer if anything goes wrong. She does not know how to run a business or solve problems. Other people have told her to put the food in better containers and she refused to do it. When customers do complain that the sauce is leaking all over the take out bag and they can't eat their meals, she refuses to refund them, blames them and does not solve the problem. She will go so far as to try to call people's work to get them fired from their jobs if you have a work badge ID, then she will call the cops and tell you not to come back. I got a call from the police not to go back because I was so upset about how she treated me. BEWARE OF HERE!!!!!

Best food in Joplin - super fast if you pick up your order ... delivery takes about 45 minutes (if ordering M-F during lunch hours), but other than that they are great

this place is a great,we order pick up every time we are down town and in a hurry to get home and we have never been dissapointed!!:)
