took my dogs there for years..had a few issues but nothing major until i left them to be boarded this last time..now both my dogs are sick ..they were supoose to give meds they ordered and charged me to administer and didnt then one of my dogs got kennel cought (how do they get that from a place that requires your pets to keep shots up to date?) they called and let me know they were isolating them..i called back to make sure they were also treating them.was told they would..i called the next day to check on them and was told they were doing good...but when i picked them up was told by the dr that she only coughs when she barks...well by the time we got her home she hadnt stopped coughing and was coughing so bad there was no way she could eat or drink let alone bark..i called the next day and got meds for her..when i picked up the meds they gave me her vitamin K they had not given her even one of them...now my second dog is just as sick and when i called them they said to come pick up the meds..when i got there they decided they cant give her any unless i bring her in for an exam..she is due in two weeks for everything they knew she got sick from there and refused to give her meds..wont be going there ever again! what happened to caring about the animals..
The doctors and staff are always available when I have a question. I can count on them to help out in an emergency. When my dog was very sick they saw him right away and took care of him. I was so thankful that they made time to see him, it was potentially fatal if he needed to wait.
For 3 or 4 years now we have taken our dog to Main Street Pet Care. They saved our dogs life and we just had him in for an appointment to get his teeth cleaned and we picked her up and took her home. On the way home she started acting strange and when we got her home she couldn't sit, lay down, and streaking around the yard. Her stomach was very hard and we called the vet and brought her right back. Everyone already left for the day and they all came back to the office. She ended up having a twisted stomach and had to have emergency surgery and she would have been dead by morning if we didn't act on it. They were just fantastic and saved her on a moments notice, Thank You!!!!
