Beware. My neighbor saw the big white van with huge red ARNOLD PLUMBING lettering in my driveway and came over to warn me but they had already started the job. He told me to call ANY other plumber in town and I wish I would have listened. The guy that did the work I found out later doesnt even have a plumbing license! I will just say BEWARE call ANYONE else!

Provided by Citysearch -Where do I start? I went without hot water for 3 days waiting for the service guy to look at my water heater. He tells me he cant fix it, I need a new one. took 2 guys 4 hours to change it, total bill to replace my 40 gallon electric water heater was over $1300... I could have had it done twice for that cost. Then it leaked, had to go without water for 2 more days waiting.

Provided by Citysearch -I hate giving bad reviews but I would hate more for you to go through what I had to endure with these clowns. Simple sewer hookup to city sewer and they used the wrong type of pipe, had to redo the whole job!!! The guys they sent out, I found out later werent even liscenced plumbers! I paid for a very expensive lesson, hopefully someone else can learn from it too. After talking to some other people I know of 2 others with similar experiences with these guys.
I had them install a new sink and faucet in our bathroom and they did a fantastic job.
