I've had it with the customer services at Best Buy!!!! I swore that I would never shop there again about three years ago when they messed up on a computer purchase I made. Long story short, they charged me TWICE for ONE computer. I had to deal with customer service over the phone and it took me weeks to receive the credit back to my checking account!! They never once offered ANYTHING for THEIR mistake, or the hardship they put us in because our checking account was double withdrawn.In December we bought furniture. The deal was it came with a free tv, or a gift card either way it was from Best Buy. Since it had been awhile since our last experience, we thought we would give them one more try. The purchase went smooth enough. Before we left the sales man told us to watch the ads because if the tv we purchased went on sale within 60 days of purchase we would receive the differnce. We kept an eye out, and finally this week saw that the tv was $50 cheaper..hey $50 is $50. So we went in talked to customer service. They informed me that it is a 30 day policy, NOT 60. When I asked why the sales man said 60, she said I don't know. Nothing I can do, have a nice day. You know, sometimes it's not what you say..but the rudeness the WAY YOU SAY IT!!! I AM D.O.N.E. with this place.
