I purchased a 2006 white Range Rover sport. My initial experience was wonderful. I went in and we agreed over 2500 down payment. They kept on harassing me for more. I told them all I had was 2700 with me. They took that and told me I need to come up with 1300 more by two weeks from now. I said ok. The test drive was ok it was a little bumpy. I asked the sales person to check it and they said it was fine. That’s it’s normal for that kind of car. Days later. The car kept flashing suspension fault. And then the car sounded HORRIBLE! every tiny bump you go over sounds like the car was just going to drop and it sounded worst than a squeaking bed. There was a tiny pot hole on the ground that I could go over with my 99 Camry and barely notice it. This car literally almost flipped it swung side to side and I had to get it under control. I called Ali, I guess he is the owner of the lot. They told me to come in that it may take a few hours. And they wouldn’t even give me a loaner car to use. Even though they had so many people going by themselves test driving cars. And I came all the way from Chattanooga. Ali got in the car with me. Literally drive the car in a circle up the street and said it was fine. I asked him what about the noise or the suspension fault light and the warning not to drive over 30 mph. Not to mention my won’t lower or raise due to the suspension fault. And that’s the main reason to buy a Range Rover. His reply, in a rude manor: it’s because you didn’t put enough gas in it. I told him I keep the car on full. He then told me that it’s because the oil needs to be changed. I told him when I purchased the car last week I was told that the oil was good. And then he quickly changed the subject reminding me that I got this car for nothing and that the minimum down payment for that car is 6000. Even though the only reason I went up there was because we agreed on 2500. Finally this week my struts went out and that is what I kept on asking him about. No disclose
The employees and the owner are VERY unprofessional.The cars we looked at are JUNK and way overpriced. If you want something that looks good and runs BAD, Go see these guys.
You will be wasting time and money "PLEASE DONT DO IT I REGRET IT"Me and my husband brought a truck from this place we in house finance we put 3000 down the truck was over the price 11,000 after getting the truck it rained that night we got in the car the next day the car had a lot of leaks leaking from the roof so we took the car back now remind you we have the truck less than 24 hours we ask to give the truck back and get our money back because there wasn't nothing else we was interested in the owner nephew insist in not giving us our 3000 money we put down back to us so I found the cheapest vehicle they had on the lot which was a Honda Accord they had for $3000 which had 273,000 miles that's a ripe off shame on these people every vehicle the has is over price. And one thing I know and learned when you cheat people your business doesn't last that long. Too of there shop already went out of business they on there last one.PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE
I contact the dealership prior to my visit when I got there Justin was outside waiting on me. That is what I call excellent service, he was responsive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and he made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left.
I absolutely love the entire Terry Cullen crew!!! My sons and I feel like family when we are with them!! My most recent visit was with the collision center. Jeremy, Chad, and Mr. Tom are amazing! They are genuinely friendly people and exude passion for their work as evidenced by their talent, expertise, and precision. The bumper of my 2014 Camaro "Mello" was hit by a tire tread of a big rig on the highway while I was driving 70 miles per hour. Mello was repaired by these gentlemen and looks like he was pulled fresh off the new car lot! I am so happy!! Thank you guys for fixing that "black eye"!! I also want to say that Justin, in sales, is awesome!! I dropped off my vehicle for repairs and needed to pick up the vehicle that I was going to drive during Mello's "resting period", as Justin calls it. Justin assisted me with picking up said vehicle to drive for the week. I truly appreciate him. A supplement was done and repair time was extended into the next week. Switching back to the collision center, I was provided a loaner vehicle for the extended repair time (when the supplement was done). I'm very grateful for that as well. The repair time was quick. The customer service was superior. My repairs are flawless!!! ☺������������

Terry Cullen shouldn't be allowed to represent the Chevrolet name. I had the most horrible experience with this establishment. After getting over $1300 in repairs off of my car, it still wouldn't pass emissions so I could get my tag before my birthday. The code for it was related to the work that I had done to the car already. I take it to Terry Cullen Chevrolet, and I get a rude service rep who basically just saw a woman, and thought he could get over on her. They set an appointment well beyond my birthday, and I had no choice but to take it. When the time came, I dropped my car off, and they had it for a day. The service representative, "Steve" called me, and told me that the previous work done on the car didn't have anything to do with them, (even though I guaranteed service due to the warranty on the parts,) and tried to jilt me out of $120+ dollars. I told him that he didn't understand that I shouldn't have to pay, and I had him talk to my advisor from a previous Chevrolet dealership so he could get an understanding. After an hour, he calls back, and says okay, I won't be charged, and they will get to the bottom of what the issue is. Another 2 weeks go by. I call, and check on the status, and they tell me to come get the car, and drive it on the highway because it needs miles on it to pass the code for emissions. I asked them, 'how am I supposed to do that with a tag that's bad? You guys gave me the latest appointment, and now you want me to drive it so it can pass emissions so I can get my tag? That doesn't make any sense.' The representative then says that they only have temp tags for their servicemen to put on the car, and drive it. So, I asked them if they could do that. Another week goes by, and again I call to check on my car, and someone tells me to come and pick it up, again, to come put miles on it. I went to get the car, and I drove it over the weekend, and brought it back that Monday just as the dealership specified, (because the emissions technician was on vacation). It failed emissions, I was charged for the test, and told that there wasn't anything they could do without charging me for another service. So, basically. I am paying insurance on a car that I can't even drive.Thanks for nothing, Terry Cullen. If you are a woman, do not go to this establishment by yourself. They WILL try to cheat you out of your money.
I bought my car in November. The transmission went out on it a month after I got it. I informed yall the transmission could not be rebuilt on these cars. I guess because I'm a woman. I don't know what I'm talking about. The owner told me they would put a néw transmission in it. After getting my car back I started having problems the same day. This is when I found out they rebuilt the transmission. They supposedly fixed it. Then I get it back again I take it for a oil change at another dealership and discover it has a recall that goes back to February. Mind you I didn't get the car till November. So you also sold me a car with recalls. I bring it back to have recalls fixed. Within a few weeks my car started acting up again. I call them and let them know. They tell me they can't get to it till May. To bring it in May. I'm on a weekend gateway in Atlanta. The frontdesk at the hotel I'm at calls me. To tell me my car wont go up the ramp. The next morning I'm dropping off my friend. The car will not even go. That same transmission yall rebuilt that I said couldn't be rebuilt goes out AGAIN. So yall have to tow it in. This time I'm told they got a transmission from the Chevrolet warehouse. Come to find out this is a rebuilt transmission as well. My dad notice the transmission was leaking. He wanted to make sure so he wiped the fluid up. I checked it later. Yeap transmission leaking. I call them and tell them. Get car back they say it was the case not the transmission. I haven't had my car a good week. I'm having problems with the car again. When I give it gas it doesn't want to pull and it jerking. Same thing happen with the transmission that was orginal in the car before the transmission went out.

I gave this business one star because the people were friendly. I should have known there were going to be issues the 17th of January when I purchased the car. First I had to fill my own tank up because they only put $5 of gas in for the test drive. I then go to purchase my tag in March and was told they did not send in the paperwork so that was extended 30 days but then those 30 days came and went and no paperwork and when I called them I spoke with Angela who told some story about the title but promised me she would handle everything and purchase my tag, needless to say I purchased my tag and Angela stated she will mail me the $20 for my tag but has yet to see that.Outside of the tag I have spent over $2500 in oil leak repairs and alternator on a care I have not had 6 months. I do not recommend purchasing a car from them.
