Poor customer service. Will not answer the phone, and there is no voice mail option. They frequently miss pickups. They do not communicate with you when trucks break down or other unforeseen delays happen. They also do not communicate with you if payments aren't processed, they just quit picking up. Then you can't get in touch with them to correct the issue. I have had to go to their office to confront them about missed pickups and they were rude and ungrateful to me as a customer. I would NOT recommend this company, it's not worth the hassle.
This company sucks
Been 2 weeks now and no pick up I have garbage outside growing all types of things and they always have an excuse of why they didn't pick up
And fyi this isn't the 1st time this happens.
Now i have another 55 gallon filled up smh company gets a zero from me but because i have to rate i put a 1.
I'm so upset. I called 2 months ago about my lid on my container being broken. Then today I went to pull container from road and the trash men have broken the other side. I have been calling for the past hour the lines stay busy. This not the first day the lines stayed busy. Horrible customer service
Ok so it's time to pay my bill and I realized I had to lookup the number for my sanitation company which happens to be T&R South. I'm reading all of these bad reviews and I'm sorry I've never really had a problem. They may get a little off schedule but their policy letter states no designated pick up time( so for those of us who read this means put your trash out the night before). The lady in the office is always pleasant and courteous. Yes they are on a delay this week but stuff happens. The lady on the phone was so apologetic. I will continue my service with them. I pay my bill on TIME and I follow the rules. That's all it takes people. Maybe some of these people should have read their policy letters too. I'm just saying
This company is HORRIBLE. Small company small way of doing business. They feel they are not responsible for 3rd party deliveries. They will take 15 business day (3 weeks) to deliever a simply container, but will contact the 3rd party company to pick up the container when I cancel my service. I was asking for a simple ETA on when my can will be deliver since its been over 11 days without service. As they wanted me to simply put my trash on the curb, so animals can get in it and I have to clean up the mess. They should find a better way to get cans to customers more timely. Waste Management runs CIRCLES around this small company with its low priority to REALLY servicing the customer. All they told me is the 3rd party has 15 business day, but I was only asking for an ETA. The supervisor proceeded to get loud and argumentative with me when I said, ''aren't you responsible for your 3rd party vendor?". They dont provide real customer service, they sound like puppets on a string with the we have 15 days to delivery window.
Terrible company. Just moved into a house. So I asked did they do bulk pickup. Was assured they would get it all as long as it was no bigger than boxes. Went out this morning they didn't even empty my cans. Called to find out why. Was told that they will not pick up the can if it is blocked by other trash they wouldn't get. It was two small boxes, and a rug. Will not be renewing with them. I highly encourage others to not use them either
