I went to pick up my belongings once I received my car back. First, I am a professional and have been in customer service for several years so yes I know how to speak with people. I contacted the office two times before the third time in which I called. Both times i was told that they would be calling my back. After a week, I called back and spoke with Candace. She picked up the phone and was nice until I asked about my shoes that are missing out of my car. She put me on hold and came back with an attitude. Told me that we dont have the property and that I would need to speak with the ppl who has my car (I have my car now is what she did not realize). After she was constantly rude while I was trying to understand this process to get my information back, i asked to speak with the owner. I was transferred to Leslie, the office manager. Leslie was on the edge of rude too and stated that they take pictures of everything that is in my car. I have pictures of the inside of my car as well with the time stamp and my shoes were in my car :). I always leave them there. Leslie and Candace stories were very conflicting. Leslie also seemed surprised to hear that I had my car back. I will be taking legal actions. Honestly, if someone took the shoes, this is all they had to tell me because apparently they needed it more than I. The customer service from these people were sad. You do not have to be rude. I never take actions because I am a firm believe that God handles everyone but this time, I am not holding back.
