Overall

We ordered from here today at work for a delivery and it was awful! They did not have chicken finger that I wanted to order, which is fine, that is just the beginning.... ordered wings instead but ordered all flats because I do not like the drums, they said that is fine they can do that. Also ordered a side of fries. There were 2 other orders as well. The delivery lady gets here and is missing the fries, could not calculate how much change was due either. She leaves, I walk in the office and look at my wings. 6 wings, 5 of which are drums!! I don't eat drums and paid more to have all flats!! I call the restaurant and tell them what happened and they said they will have to wait for the deliver driver to get back to see if that is correct. You don't believe me?!?! She puts me on hold and then comes back and says they gave me all the flats they had and they did not have anymore. I said I only had 1 flat, she said that was all they had. they only had 1 flat wing in the entire restaurant, and no chicken fingers?!?! Not good if you have them on the menu. So I said I will need a refund because I did not get half my order and the rest is wrong. She puts me on hold again then comes back and said the manager told her is is not issuing a refund! I said that he is going to, he did not give me what I ordered, I have no lunch now, and I need a refund, she said no... I told her I would be there in 5 minutes and hung up. My co-worker called about her meal being wrong as well, same thing. Long story, but in the end I finally got him to agree to a refund which has not shown up yet. I will NOT be going back there again!!!

Overall

My husband & I ate here last night..The place was clean & updated but that's the only thing good at this restaurant. I ordered Hamburger steak which came out raw & had to send back to be recooked, the broccoli was like mush & the collards were canned & had the worst taste I've ever tasted. Husband ordered Ham & they were out of the Ham Steaks so gave him several pieces of breakfast type ham his butter beans were canned & had been cooking so long they were dark brown & he had the God awful collards. Besides the worst food ever the owner Chris asked us several times if everything was OK..very annoying..He spent a small fortune remodeling the building, but needs either a better cook or just serving a few good dishes. The place was almost empty & it was dinner time..I understand why...We spent $30 for the worst food ever. We won't go back that's for sure. Don't waste your time & money..I'm sure this place won't last long...Disappointing to say the least!!

After reading about the grand opening, me and a co-worker stopped by to check it out. Our plan was to go to Subway, but when we drove by the restaurant we decided to change our plans. We should have went to Subway. When we approached the entrance there was an employee in the doorway arguing with someone on her cellphone ( she was the hostess). The decor of the restaurant is really nice, the food not so much. I had the chicken pizzalo, which is 2 pieces of grilled chicken with some cheese slapped on it in a tomato, onion and pepper red sauce. It came with 1 side and your choice of soup or salad. I chose the mix vegetables and the lentil soup. After reviewing their enormous menu, I select this dish because I wanted to try something different and this was considered a Greek dish. The chicken was tough, the vegetables had no flavor, and the soup was straight out of the can or at least it taste that way. The rolls were also not tasty and the price of 10.95 was okay considering the amount of food that you get. The customer service was okay, but the guy from New York needs to realize that asking someone if everything is okay 100 times does not equate to good customer service. After about 3 times it becomes annoying. To end this experience, the waitress who had to manually add up my check must have graduated from a Clayton County school, as she overcharged my bill by $10.00. I can see this restaurant on a future episode of kitchen nightmares or restaurant rescue. I will not be going back.
