The service was slow and the food was cold. When I complained about the all the meats being cold, they only replaced the catfish. The 'iced' shrimp sat in water surrounded by floating lemon wedges. There was food on the 'clean' dessert plates, the tea had soured, there wasn't any ice cream in the ice cream machine, and staff stood around talking until they realized customers were near. We paid $32.94 for two buffet meals with two drinks and were only given 2 plates each. 1/10 for this restaurant. We will not eat here again.

From Business: Our menu is filled with classic American dishes like steak, salmon, burgers, sandwiches and salads, as well as other traditional favorites like slow-roasted prime…
This may have been an isolated experience, because I love the food at the Tulsa, OK and the Fort Smith locations. But At approx. 5:30 today, I took my husband in for his Dad's Day meal, and the food was not aesthetically pleasing. We ordered two steak meals, and the steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered, but they had no flavor, and were tough. The veggies were just thrown on the plate, and I could hear the kitchen staff having way too much fun in back and coming in and out the door and joking with ppl in a little office by the front door while customers were coming through. The salad bar specialty salads were almost out also. It wasn't busy at the time, so I'm surprised they weren't restocking. Our waiter was excellent, and we tipped him. Was just surprised by the food and kitchen staff. Not what I'm used to seeing from Western Sizzlin.
This restaurant is good most of the time and mediocre the rest. On my last visit for a Sunday family lunch I was very disappointed. The Flat Iron steaks my daughter and her husband ordered were tough and full of sinew. My wife and I were excited to see lamb chops as a new item on the menu. Do not order these. The restaurant has no idea how to prepare them. The thickness of the chops on the same plate range from 1/8" to 5/8". There is no way to get these evenly cooked. The cooks do not understand the product and try to cook them like a beef steak. They should never have tried to add a dish like this. Our order was overcook and undercooked and then just overcooked. Tough and tasteless. Poor presentation over a clump of mashed potatoes. Longhorn can not cook lamb chops.
Great food and wonderful service. All the servers are good and are constantly checking on if you have any wants. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food that you receive. They have great bread that they bring to the table fresh and hot with butter. Their deserts are full of flavor and they have all sorts of different types and styles.
Ordered the Lobster and Shrimp Stuffes Rainbow Trout, mixed vegetables, & Risotto. AWESOMEGreat friendly service from Mark and Derrella. Recommend you go today.
Good food and service for the price
