I bought a one-month membership in August with my fiance and we both cancelled our memberships by the cut-off date at the end of August because we were moving to California. During our move, I saw our card was still being charged for a membership. I called in September and told them I cancelled and even read them the receipt number that they gave us when we cancelled the two accounts. I was assured that the manager would be contacted and we would receive a refund. Four months later, we are still being charged for one of the accounts. When I called back today to handle this matter for the third time, I was given a manager's email to contact and the address wasn't even valid anymore. When I called back to explain this to the person on the phone, she implied it was our fault they were still drawing money for one of the memberships instead of admitting they only cancelled the primary membership and not both. I am extremely unsatisfied with such a poor business and their shoddy lines of communication.
Large variety of equipment. Very clean and orderly facility's. Staff is very polite and helpful. One star reviews are ridiculous. I will gladly pay 10 dollars a month for a gym that has all the equipment i could ever need. I don't want to pay extra for classes I don't use.
Its well worth the membership fee. Always adding new rooms or machines. If you can't get a burn here your just not motivated.
Its cheap, and you pay for what you get. No classes, just equipment.
The only reason it only gets 2 stars is because of the demographics. It is more of a gym for geriatrics.
