Evans Heating & Air

I hired them to install a brand new air conditioner and new duct work. They stepped through the ceiling in two places and poorly repair one and denied the other one. The air conditioner and heating unit doesn't heat or cool like correctly throughout the house and all my air vents have damage to the ceiling because on condensation and there are places in my ceiling in four rooms where it is molding and the unit is molding. He does terrible work. He goes by several names so don't be fooled and hire him using other names. I rate him a -100%.

I bought the most expensive Bryant unit thinking I was getting the best of the best. He messed up my ceilings in my house and did not want to fix them. I bought a 10 year warranty and the system stopped working. He did not ever turn in my warranty and so the first time he replaced the part. The second time he refused to fix it and stated I will give you the money back for the warranty but would not repair the system even though it should have been covered. He was rude and did not return my calls. I would not recommend him to anyone. I feel like he sold me a system he did not know alot about, took my money for the warrenty and did not turn my warrenty into Bryant and he would not take care of his system after the fact. I would never use him or his company again!
