Terrible company with a horrible reputation in Jonesboro. When I moved out, I received an itemized statement charging me for painting and deodorizing the apartment PRIOR to me moving out. This goes to show that the property tacks on charges to the tenant in order to make money. In this case, they made errors while doing so.
Suzette, the property manager, and staff are snotty and unhelpful. Maintenance is intrusive. Came in bedroom while wife was in bed and stood by bed and talked to her about repairs. Appliances constantly breaking. Lawn service mows grass and leaves it all over your front door and sidewalk. Cracked two of my vehicles windshields. You will not receive a dime of your deposit back, cleaning service and painters eat it up with false claims. Neighborhood break--ins , rap music, and a constant turnover of tenants. No one stays past a year but i guess thats ok with them since they bank your deposit. Your lucky if you dont receive a bill from them. Stay away from HP!!!!!
Expensive apartments, rude customer service, the maintenance man doesn't know what he is doing half the time and beware that you will not get your security deposit back no matter how clean you leave the apartment. They will find ways to keep your deposit, for example they charged me for light bulbs that burned out. When I moved in I had to replace bulbs that were burned out. So if they are charging tenants for burned out bulbs, yet new tenants are also paying to replace the bulbs, isn't that theft??? Just a small example of what you will deal with at this place.
