My daughter's appointment was July 2017 and it's now Jan 2018 until this day we don't have her glasses, the employees are not very helpful, they don't call you back. I had to call so many times and talked to several employees don't know what their taking about. I feel sorry for Dr. Casper because he is a good eye doctor, he needs to find better employees. This is why we will never go back to this place.
One of the most professional, courteous and warmest people you could meet. She took the time to answer all questions and help you understand your procedure. Our insurance did not go through right away and her staff needed to make a call to the provider. Her assistants who were equally as wonderful were quite busy. Michelle took it upon herself to make the call and wait on the line with customer service to get approval instead of having us come back or have her busy gals do it. This was Sears optical. We are probably forever customers.

This Dr Bouton uses cutting edge technology and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it. He also explains what's going on with your eyes and won't prescribe glasses if you don't need them.Definitely someone to go to for eye exams.
